Looking for something to do with the family in the summer holidays? What could be better than a picnic and a train ride on a narrow gauge railway? Just bring your picnic and buy a freshly-brewed Italian coffee or an ice-cold drink from The Barista Sisters coffee wagon. We will be running with steam locomotive “Soony”, visiting from the Perrygrove Railway in Gloucestershire.

PLEASE NOTE – Whorlton bridge is currently closed to motor vehicles, so access to the railway is either via the A66 or via Winston bridge and Ovington. The bridge is open to pedestrians and cyclists, so you can still get to us from Whorlton village if you walk or come on your bike.
