Our August running day couldn’t have gone better, with BBQ, good weather, and even some classic cars on display.

A new works wagon inspired by the Heywood prototype was on display in the station. It was built around a dismantled former Whorlton Lido Railway coach, very similar to how our first works wagon came to into being, and was tested straightaway by moving a section of track.
